I took Orange Morning in the early morning hours of Nov. 24, 2024, right outside my door in Central City, Nebraska, as I stepped outside to walk. I wake to many, many beautiful mornings on these Great Plains, but I had never stepped out into this color of orange light everywhere. I was overwhelmed standing there taking in this beauty — everything was tinted orange, the trees, my skin, even my kitties! The rest of my day was like marmalade, sweet and inspired.
