Our trees are legendary, magnificent, and necessary.

I realized how much waste – both physical and mental – we all wade through, day in and day out. I began to clear out my home, my thinking, and my habits.

An appreciation of nature enhances a sense of humility, and a fascination with the most ordinary of things.

Now this bed is for sleeping, or trying to, between our daughter’s whims of wakefulness. The people we were seem lost in the fog of parenthood.
