Today we feature the work of Autumn Purdy, who took her photos while staying with her family at a secluded cabin on an enchanting, 36-acre property in Holmes County, Ohio.
I awoke to a misty and overcast morning on the last day of our retreat. With my camera in hand, I slipped away for one last, solo trek through the fields and noticed this delicate web hanging between two branches of a tree. Mesmerized by its intricate beauty, I snapped “Webbed Hammock.”
I photographed “Wildflower Prayer” as I strolled about the winding trails of the cabin grounds. Surrounded by fields of wildflowers, I honed in on this purple flower and to my delight, caught the praying mantis bowing against the stem.
Gorgeous. Thank you.
