Shelley took this photo “Ripples in Time” last October at a small community park in her hometown of California, Missouri. Shelley said, “I live 24 miles from there; I make it a point to walk this trail when I have the opportunity. The quiet, peaceful surroundings soothe my soul and allow me to breathe deeply and let go of worries and life struggles cluttering my mind.” Against the backdrop of beauty, she finds problems no longer loom as large.
